No. Computers just don't work like that. You could destroy a keyboard and the computer would be fine. It's simply an input device that allows you to control what's is displayed on the monitor, an output device. The tower/brain is the actual computer. Unless something were spilled on that, the computer is fine. Now, if you're running a laptop, that's something different. Even then, the liquid would need to be forcibly blasted into the keyboard section to really get into the hardware and mess things up. Were this to happen on a desktop or a laptop, there's a good chance there would be a severe short and the computer would cease to function all together, not just "spazz."

No, it doesn't. The most that will happen is effecting the keyboard. But that's not effecting the computer as a whole. Trust me, I know computers. I built my own.
